This includes any proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies utilized by CryptoWatch to deliver our services. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content or technology provided by CryptoWatch is strictly prohibited.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to any data and/or other information provided by Interactive Data (IDC), Inc., and all such data/information made available by Interactive Data (IDC) through CryptoWatch or our services, in all languages, formats, and media throughout the world, including all copyrights and trademarks therein, are the exclusive property of Interactive Data (IDC), our affiliates, or our Data Providers (as applicable). This includes but is not limited to market data, financial information, and analytics provided by IDC. Any unauthorized use, distribution, or modification of such data is prohibited and may result in legal action. Furthermore, users must comply with any additional licensing agreements or terms of use related to third-party data providers when accessing and using their information through CryptoWatch.

4. Attribution

CryptoWatch grants all users of t.com, and all other available versions of the site, to use snapshots of CryptoWatch charts in analysis, press releases, books, articles, blog posts and other publications. In addition, CryptoWatch grants the use of all previously mentioned materials in education sessions, the display of CryptoWatch charts during video broadcasts, which includes overviews, news, analytics and otherwise use or promote CryptoWatch charts or any products from the CryptoWatch website on the condition that CryptoWatch attribution is clearly visible at all times when such charts and products are used.

Attribution must include a reference to CryptoWatch, including, but not limited to, those described herein. Use of CryptoWatch charts during video or other promotions where CryptoWatch attribution is not visible, must include a description of the product used therein. For instance: "Charting platform used for this analysis is provided by CryptoWatch," or simply "Charts by CryptoWatch." Font size should not be less than 10 PT = 13PX = 3.4MM.

These Terms of Use are binding upon any use of CryptoWatch. The users who do not agree to be bound by these terms should immediately cease their usage of the CryptoWatch website. CryptoWatch reserves the right to pursue legal remedy of any violations, including but not limited to demand letters, injunctions, and/or monetary damages.

5. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of CryptoWatch, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
